Massage Benefits
Slow is rarely a speed women find themselves going. The tendency is to juggle as many balls as we can in as little time possible. This pace wears us out and steals our joy. We were not created to run a fast paced, self-care starved existence, and yet…we find ourselves knee-deep in this lane. My office exists to provide a space for women to slow down, soften, breathe and be…to step out of the swirl of life and just rest.

Massage therapy is my calling, and after 6 years at the University of Akron studying politics, I finally listened to the call and enrolled in massage school. Initially, I wanted the focus of my work to support people dealing with the challenges of cancer, and so I studied massage for oncology patients. I learned how to handle the most fragile patients and their caregivers while supporting their journey. My practice has evolved and now I see primarily women. Mothers, wives, business owners, Nanas, sisters, daughters- all needing a quiet space to decompress.

Stress and Trauma have been constant companions in my life and the effects have carved deep wells of compassion and empathy to pour into those who find themselves at my office. I do my best to provide space for my clients to unwind and collect themselves in order to return to their life outside my office walls as a version of themselves they are at peace with.

I am a Christian, and I pray that Gods’ presence meets you in the parking lot before we lock eyes and His presence is at work on your behalf throughout our time together. If you need prayer, it’s always available.

Grace Sustin

My name is Grace Sustin, I have spent the last few years diving into the Aesthetic world. As a little kid, I loved to “play spa," when I was in middle school, I learned what an esthetician was
and I knew that was exactly what I wanted to be when I grew up. I took every avenue and opportunity I could to reach my dreams. I attended Berkshire High School and later attended Auburn Career Center where I studied Cosmetology. I graduated in 2022 and I could not get into a spa fast enough.
As an Esthetician, my goal is to create a gentle and comforting environment where my clients can address their concerns and insecurities in regards to their skin. My knowledge of skincare is
not limited to one specific type of skin. All skin is different, just as no two people are the same, therefore my services do not take a “one size fits all” approach. I love the satisfaction and commitment it takes to clear a bad case of acne. I can appreciate the beauty of working with mature skin and anti-aging treatments; what a privilege it is to age, so why not do it gracefully? I have experienced the struggle of sensitive skin in my own life and I strive to help others who deal with the same issues. I hope to provide comfort for the clients who are simply looking for a quiet place to rest and relax. I understand the importance of personalized skincare, and it is my goal to provide that type of customized care for my clients. I truly have been blessed to watch my dreams become a reality, and it would not have been possible without clients like you.

After a back injury while working as a caregiver at a nursing home at just 19 years old, the gift of a massage changed the entire trajectory of my life. I was in excruciating pain and then after just one hour the relief I felt was unbelievable. As I thanked the massage therapist with tear filled eyes, I'll never forget her saying “This is exactly why I do what I do.” I knew right then and there that this was the path I wanted to pursue and started massage school two weeks later. Massage therapy has been a blessing in my life for over 20 years and allowed me to stay at home with my two children for 10 of them. Helping others to find comfort, peace and relaxation has been such a fulfilling career. When my clients arrive with pain I have always said “I don't work miracles, but I'll do my best” as a joke but I truly believe that our amazing God does make miracles happen! I hope and pray that He is an intricate component at work during your massage session with me. I also personally know the power of prayer so I would love to pray with you if interested.

I have been practicing massage therapy for over two decades, primarily in Chagrin Falls. I started with a degree in psychology and knew that I wanted to be able to help people feel their best. I have studied different types of massage, and my own philosophy combines therapeutic and sports massage, with a focus in stretching and cupping. My services are flexible depending on your needs, areas of pain, and desires for comfort.
After many years serving my community as a massage therapist, I recently started a medical assistant position for University Hospitals. I am passionate about helping people in all stages of life. Both careers have enabled me to guide people through their most stressful moments. Whether through deep tissue massage or seeing patients at UH, my primary goal is to bring peace and comfort.
Heather Weikum

My name is Heather Weikum, from 8 years old until 26 years old, I suffered from kidney/bladder infections and after years of medical treatment, with no results, I found myself in front of a Naturopath. After 18 months of nutritional therapy and lifestyle changes, not only was I no longer suffering from kidney/bladder problems, but I also found myself moving to enroll in Naturopathic School. I believe God has given us the tools needed to heal and live an exceptional life serving Him (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually) and it is my goal to uncover the root cause of dis-ease, not just cover up symptoms. I work with all ages and all health conditions on an individual basis.

Your initial consultation will last at least 1 hour as we thoroughly discuss your health history, goals, and plan moving forward. We will discuss imbalances with structure, nutrition, and emotional well-being of the body as a whole. A protocol will be provided for lifestyle changes and nutritional supplements. Monthly follow-up appointments are made to go over progress and make changes as needed.
I have been a Board Certified Naturopath since 2013. I have studied herbology, iridology, facial/body analysis, flower essence therapy, and I am currently enrolled in biblical soul care. I enjoy reading, learning, traveling, cooking and spending time with my husband and our 2 children.

Hello! Olivia Tiber, Student Massage Therapist here!
I have currently been going through Tri-C’s massage therapy program, and I am falling more and more in love with massage every day. This program is so well-thought out and I am so appreciative of the instructors here who truly want the massage therapy health and medical field to thrive.
The first semester was all about the ins and outs of relaxation massage, techniques, musculoskeletal, and pathology. It has been such a great foundation to build the rest of my education on.
This semester is now going head-first into a more therapeutic massage, including but not limited to myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and functional assessment. There is also a six hour clinical every week with continued practice of relaxation massage. I’ve got a lot of work cut out for me, if I want to be the best massage therapist that I can be!
Seeing just how much having a safe, quiet, and client-based atmosphere with gentle and purposeful care of the muscles can truly benefit everyone, has been life changing. The intricacies of the way God has designed our body to be able to heal and rest if given the proper tools is beautiful.
I can’t wait to make this beautiful profession my every day job! Until then, I will continue to pray that God will give me the mental and physical strength to be the best I can be, for His glory!
“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.” Psalm 139:14
