Massage Benefits
Slow is rarely a speed women find themselves going. The tendency is to juggle as many balls as we can in as little time possible. This pace wears us out and steals our joy. We were not created to run a fast paced, self-care starved existence, and yet…we find ourselves knee-deep in this lane. My office exists to provide a space for women to slow down, soften, breathe and be…to step out of the swirl of life and just rest.

About Me
Massage therapy is my calling, and after 6 years at the University of Akron studying politics, I finally listened to the call and enrolled in massage school. Initially, I wanted the focus of my work to support people dealing with the challenges of cancer, and so I studied massage for oncology patients. I learned how to handle the most fragile patients and their caregivers while supporting their journey. My practice has evolved and now I see primarily women. Mothers, wives, business owners, Nanas, sisters, daughters- all needing a quiet space to decompress.

Stress and Trauma have been constant companions in my life and the effects have carved deep wells of compassion and empathy to pour into those who find themselves at my office. I do my best to provide space for my clients to unwind and collect themselves in order to return to their life outside my office walls as a version of themselves they are at peace with.

I am a Christian, and I pray that Gods’ presence meets you in the parking lot before we lock eyes and His presence is at work on your behalf throughout our time together. If you need prayer, it’s always available.
